Jianmeng XDP-1000MRP metal deburring machine is an efficient automated deburring equipment designed specifically for medium thick metal sheets. It is equipped with a magnetic adsorption platform and intelligent control system, which can accurately and efficiently complete the burrs, oxide layers, and corner treatments generated after laser cutting, stamping, milling, and other processing.
The equipment adopts a wide sand belt and multiple sets of roller brushes for joint operation, which can complete multiple processes such as deburring, chamfering, polishing, and surface finishing in one feed, greatly improving processing efficiency and product quality.
XDP-1000MRP deburring, wire drawing and polishing machine is designed specifically for surface treatment of carbon steel components. The innovative technology combines a set of wide sand belts for deburring with six universal roller brushes for chamfering, aiming to efficiently and accurately remove burrs on the surface of the workpiece, while achieving edge chamfering and surface drawing effects, improving the surface quality and appearance of the workpiece, meeting the precision and quality requirements of different industries for carbon steel surface treatment, and enhancing production efficiency and product added value.
This equipment can adjust different parameters and select suitable abrasives according to different processing requirements, and is equipped with a 5KW wet dust collection system.

CNC display screen

The CNC display screen is a key component of the CNC deburring machine, responsible for centrally displaying and controlling all operational parameters during the deburring process, improving machining efficiency and accuracy.

The CNC display screen not only provides real-time feedback, but also allows operators to make precise parameter adjustments as needed to ensure workpiece quality.

Roller brush

Roller brush is a key component in metal surface treatment, widely used in processes such as deburring, brushing, cleaning, polishing, etc.
