The Jianmeng XDP-1000MRRP Deburring machine for edge rounding is primarily used for deburring, edge rounding, and wire drawing on the surfaces of various metal workpieces to improve their surface quality and precision.
This equipment integrates multiple processing technologies such as sanding belts and roller brushes to achieve a complete precision processing workflow from deburring and edge rounding to delicate wire drawing. It can complete multiple surface treatment processes in one stop, enhancing production efficiency and product quality stability.
The XDP-1000MRRP Surface finishing machine is specifically designed for the surface treatment of carbon steel components. It employs innovative technology that combines two wide sanding belts for deburring with six multi-directional roller brushes for edge rounding. This design aims to efficiently and accurately remove surface burrs from workpieces while simultaneously achieving edge rounding and a surface wire drawing effect. It enhances the surface quality and appearance of workpieces, meets the precision and quality requirements for carbon steel surface treatment across different industries, and improves production efficiency and product value-added.
The machine allows for the adjustment of various parameters and the selection of suitable abrasives based on different processing requirements. It is equipped with a 5.5KW wet dust collector.
Dust removal method: Thanks to the highly efficient dust collection port design, the majority of dust generated during operation is swiftly extracted. This not only eliminates the risk of dust explosion but also maintains cleanliness within the equipment, providing a dual guarantee for both safety and maintenance.
CNC display screen
The CNC display screen is a key component of the edge rounding machine, responsible for centrally displaying and controlling all operational parameters during the deburring process, thereby improving machining efficiency and precision.
The CNC display screen not only provides real-time feedback, but also allows operators to make precise parameter adjustments as needed to ensure workpiece quality.
Roller brush
Roller brush is a key component in metal surface treatment, widely used in processes such as deburring, brushing, cleaning, polishing, etc.
