The Jianmeng pure electric servo press brake employs a core design of servo motors directly driving ball screws, achieving millimeter-level precision (±0.01 mm) and 70% energy savings for sheet metal processing. Specifically engineered for precision thin-plate fabrication, it entirely eliminates hydraulic contamination and energy waste.

High rigidity frame

The machine bed and key components, including the moving tool holder, use welded steel plate structures for strength and stability.

The design features symmetrical weight distribution and reinforced ribs in the spindle box for support. Finite element analysis ensures optimal rigidity and stability.

To prevent deformation, the bed undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stress. Machining is done on a five-sided CNC center in one clamping, ensuring high accuracy and long-term precision.

Accuracy and stability

Repetitive positioning accuracy ± 0.01mm, servo motor+ball screw direct drive, combined with grating ruler closed-loop control, eliminates accuracy drift caused by hydraulic system oil temperature fluctuations.

CNC system

By using high-speed acceleration and deceleration algorithms and trajectory prediction algorithms, precise and smooth motion control is achieved, effectively balancing speed and accuracy.

Intelligent angle compensation and material parameter database improve bending accuracy and simplify operations.

The high-end CNC system is equipped with high-speed and high-precision control algorithms to ensure high bending accuracy and smooth motion.

Fast clamps

The upper die features a precision quick clamping function for easy die changing, increasing production efficiency.

Two  V-dies have a simple design for easy toolings change, offering high hardness, toughness, and wear resistance.

Bending tool undergoes uniform heat treatment for long life and high precision, reducing correction steps and processing costs. Heat-treated dies provide greater durability than standard molds.

Back gauge

Servo motors drive X-axis, R-axis, and manual Z-axis ball screws for precise positioning in the rear material stopping system. Adopting a dual linear guide structure, it has high positioning accuracy and fast speed, improving the positioning accuracy and speed of servo motor drive. Flexible selection of multiple axis levels, reliable expansion of system functions, while maintaining precise positioning to meet various production needs.
