The Estun E21S series has the ability to control the X and Y axes and allows for direct editing of bending steps through the controller.

In addition, controllers such as the É une E300P, Delem DA41T, and Cybelec CT8 offer additional angle programming, touchscreen display, and R-axis control, all of which help make the bending process more efficient and user-friendly.

Hydraulic system

In order to ensure the accuracy of the X-axis movement, we use imported ball screws and double linear guides instead of traditional screws, thereby improving the accuracy and consistency of the manufacturing process.

We have installed a synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor for the rear block, instead of a stepper motor.

This upgrade has improved our operational control and accuracy.
