The Jianmeng XDP-800MRRP Multi-station sheet metal deburring machine is primarily used for deburring, edge rounding, and wire drawing on the surfaces of various metal workpieces to improve surface quality and precision.
This equipment integrates multiple processing technologies, such as sanding belts and roller brushes, to achieve a complete precision processing workflow from deburring and edge rounding to delicate wire drawing. It enables multiple surface treatment processes to be completed in one stop, enhancing production efficiency and product quality stability.
The XDP-800MRRP Deburring and rounding system is specifically designed for the surface treatment of carbon steel components. It adopts innovative technology that combines two wide sanding belts for deburring with six multi-directional roller brushes for edge rounding. This system efficiently and accurately removes surface burrs from workpieces while simultaneously achieving edge rounding and a surface wire drawing effect. It enhances both the surface quality and appearance of workpieces, meeting the precision and quality requirements for carbon steel surface treatment across various industries, thereby improving production efficiency and product value-added.
The machine allows for adjustment of various parameters and the selection of suitable abrasives based on different processing requirements. It is equipped with a 5.5KW wet dust collector.
Dust removal method: Dust generated during operation is effectively collected through the dust collection port, significantly reducing the risk of dust explosion and ensuring internal cleanliness of the equipment.

CNC display screen

The CNC display is a key component of the magnetic deburring machine, responsible for centrally displaying and controlling all operational parameters during the deburring process, thereby improving machining efficiency and precision.

The CNC display screen not only provides real-time feedback, but also allows operators to make precise parameter adjustments as needed to ensure workpiece quality.

Roller brush

Roller brush is a key component in metal surface treatment, widely used in processes such as deburring, brushing, cleaning, polishing, etc.

The roller brush is composed of multiple bristles, and the material, hardness, and arrangement of the bristles can be adjusted according to different processing requirements. The roller brush contacts the surface of the workpiece through rotational motion, effectively removing impurities such as burrs, oxides, and oil stains, thereby improving the smoothness and aesthetics of the metal surface.

The sand belt removes excess material through friction with the surface of the workpiece, thereby improving the surface quality and appearance of the workpiece.
 

Roller brush

Roller brush is an efficient tool for metal processing and surface treatment, widely used in processes such as deburring, surface drawing, cleaning, removing oxide layers and oil stains.

The working principle of the deburring & brushing machine involves the use of rotating brushes that contact the workpiece surface to achieve deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing effects.
