JIANMENG Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine, also known as metal tube laser cutters, is equipped with a fiber laser device, providing laser power ranging from 1500W to 8000W.

Machine Bed

The bed adopts a welded structure, which undergoes rough machining after annealing, followed by vibration aging treatment, and then finished. This process completely eliminates welding and processing stresses, providing excellent rigidity, high precision, and ensuring long-term deformation-free use.

Main Chuck

Both the main chuck and the auxiliary chucks are self-centering, allowing for direct clamping without the need for adjustments. This feature makes workpiece positioning easier and significantly reduces the difficulty of loading and debugging for workers. The result is a smooth cutting surface.

Auxiliary Chuck

The pneumatic chuck provides full-stroke clamping, eliminating the need to change jaws. The bearing seat integrates the reducer and motor, offering high strength and strong stability. Built-in gears ensure good dust resistance, high grinding precision, and low noise during operation.

Control System

The machine uses a laser cutting machine-specific bus CNC system based on the Windows operating system. This system integrates various laser cutting control modules, offering powerful functions with easy operation.
