Product details

The entire frame of the press brake is made through integrated welding. After welding, the parts undergo tempering vibration to remove any internal stress and maintain the press brake's stability.

Stress analysis and finite element analysis

CAE software SOLIDWORKS can be used to analyze the linear static structure, stress, and deformation of press brake and laser cutting machine frames. Therefore, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is highly valuable for scenarios involving complex structures, highly complex loads, transient modeling, and combinations of the aforementioned factors.

CNC system

Without a doubt, the controller is the brain of the entire machine.

We offer multiple brands of controllers: Laimore, Delem, ESA, and Cybelec

These controllers are imported from the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland respectively.

This algorithm optimizes the bending cycle, reduces the setup time of work steps, and improves the overall efficiency of the bending process, especially in batch processing scenarios.

In addition, the system can also support editing of 2D and 3D graphics.

Crowning

Through independent design, we calculate the compensation value based on the total deformation of both the ram and worktable. This process allows us to perfectly align the deformation curve of the bed with the compensation curve, significantly improving the consistency of product straightness and angle.

Front Feeding Device

The front feeding device enables automatic metal plate feeding.

Backgauge

To guarantee superior movement accuracy of the X-axis, we employ ball screws and linear guide rails from Taiwan PMI and PYM, surpassing the precision of traditional screw rods.

Instead of a stepping motor, we utilize a servo motor to control the synchronous pulley mechanism of the rear stop.

The entire backgauge system undergoes high-temperature tempering, effectively eliminating any internal stress within the system, enhancing the metal's plasticity and toughness. As a result, frame deformation is no longer an issue, preventing any loss of accuracy.
