Product details

Equipped with intelligent vision technology, this sheet metal bending solution ensures positioning precision, simplifies system control and debugging, and guarantees product dimensional accuracy. Adopting a hybrid servo press brake with 7th axis robot control, the high-speed, high-precision robot with a large angular motion range is ideal for bending work. Supported by the sheet thickness measurement and bending servo systems, the robot bending unit’s closed-loop control delivers high-precision bending quality. The CNC press brake cooperates with robots for automatic sheet metal processing, equipped with centering tables, turning tables and other accessories to meet automatic bending demands. Regular supporting configurations include press brake rear gear retrofit, fixtures, turning tables, centering tables, magnetic or mechanical separators, safety guards, and an optional seventh axis.

Gripper

Customize the grippers according to workpieces, with 2 sets of standard grippers provided.

Centering position control system

After the manipulator moves to the raw material area to absorb and mechanically stratify the sheet material, a single sheet is placed on the centering table for positioning, with the tabletop tilted to facilitate automatic product alignment.

Turntable

The robot places the workpiece to be flipped onto the front suction cup, then grips it from the reverse side.

The robot first sets the workpiece requiring turnover on the front suction cup, before grasping the workpiece from its reverse side.

As an advanced bending solution, robotic bending has become a mainstream trend in fully automatic sheet metal production lines. Meanwhile, customers often opt for robotic press brake cells to bend workpieces in batch production.
