Manual XDP-1308D is a metal manual deburring machine used for deburring, rounding, polishing, etc. on metal surfaces.
One side of the manual polishing head is equipped with grinding media for heavy-duty polishing, while the other side can be equipped with brush heads for deburring, rounding, and surface treatment. If necessary, a mirror polishing effect can also be created. The 180 degree rotation axis makes it easy to replace different consumables.
The manual polishing machine adopts ergonomic design to optimize operating conditions.
The special pad for the machine table has a high damping anti slip surface, which can fix the workpiece during deburring and surface drawing. Fix small workpieces in place by integrating a vacuum adsorption platform. We can remove burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting and other processes in all directions, achieving a small R-arc effect on all edges and holes of the workpiece. The machining process is safe and reliable, allowing the workpiece to achieve perfect results.
