When the electric servo hybrid CNC press brake machine is in standby mode, the motor remains stationary, keeping the machine completely silent while not in operation; additionally, the hybrid servo CNC press brake consumes almost no energy during standby and fast operation, and its oil consumption is only one-third of that of electro-hydraulic synchronous models, resulting in controllable oil temperature with no obvious rise during operation and generally no need for hydraulic oil replacement for three years. Moreover, since the servo motor features far higher frequency response than proportional valves, the bending cycle time of the CNC hybrid servo press brake is 30% faster than that of synchronous hydraulic CNC press brakes.

Stress analysis and finite element analysis

The dual servo oil electric hybrid system (suitable for our oil electric hybrid CNC bending machine) controls the fast downward, bending, and return movements of Y1 and Y2 through a set of left and right servo motors and servo pumps. The action is fast and stable, and the response speed greatly exceeds that of proportional valve control. At the same time, the system has the characteristics of low noise and high efficiency.

CNC system

Without a doubt, the controller is the brain of the entire machine.

We offer multiple brands of controllers: Laimore, Delem, ESA, and Cybelec

These controllers are imported from the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland respectively.

This algorithm optimizes the bending cycle, reduces the setup time of work steps, and improves the overall efficiency of the bending process, especially in batch processing scenarios.

In addition, the system can also support editing of 2D and 3D graphics.

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic control system adopts electro-hydraulic servo and synchronous design, with very small spacing between hydraulic cylinders.

It has strong anti eccentric load capacity, high-precision synchronization, professional power density ratio, and low cost.

The pressure of the hydraulic system can be adjusted according to specific practical needs to meet the requirements of bending force.

Jianmeng's hydraulic system is equipped with a filtration system to improve the purity of hydraulic oil and reduce the failure rate.

Fast clamps

The upper die features a precision quick clamping function for easy die changing, increasing production efficiency.

Two  V-dies have a simple design for easy toolings change, offering high hardness, toughness, and wear resistance.

Bending tool undergoes uniform heat treatment for long life and high precision, reducing correction steps and processing costs. Heat-treated dies provide greater durability than standard molds.

Back gauge

In order to ensure the accuracy of the X-axis movement, we use imported ball screws and double linear guides instead of traditional screws, thereby improving the accuracy and consistency of the manufacturing process.

We have installed a synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor for the rear block, instead of a stepper motor.

This upgrade has improved our operational control and accuracy.

Crowning

Our self-designed system calculates compensation values based on the overall deformation of the slider and worktable, seamlessly connecting the deformation curve of the bed body with the compensation curve, ensuring excellent straightness and angular consistency of the product.

Main motor

The use of branded motors increases the service life of the machine and keeps it operating in a low-noise environment.

The power level and installation size of the motor comply with IEC standards, making it very easy to use and maintain.

We have the ability to customize the power and voltage of the machine to meet the specific voltage requirements of the customer's location.
