The Three-chuck Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine utilizes a three-card linkage system and dual pneumatic clamping to achieve simultaneous step-up and segmented feeding cutting. This feature allows for zero tail cutting, thereby improving material utilization. This professional pipe cutting equipment is available in power options ranging from 1000 to 6000 watts. Additionally, this Three-chuck Tube Fiber Laser Cutting Machine can be equipped with an optional loading and unloading device.

Machine Bed
The bed adopts a welded structure, which undergoes rough machining after annealing, followed by vibration aging treatment, and then finished. This process completely eliminates welding and processing stresses, providing excellent rigidity, high precision, and ensuring long-term deformation-free use.
Main Chuck
Both the main chuck and the double auxiliary chucks are self-centering, allowing for direct clamping without the need for adjustments. This feature makes workpiece positioning easier and significantly reduces the difficulty of loading and debugging for workers. The result is a smooth cutting surface.


Auxiliary Chuck
The pneumatic chuck provides full-stroke clamping, eliminating the need to change jaws. The bearing seat integrates the reducer and motor, offering high strength and strong stability. Built-in gears ensure good dust resistance, high grinding precision, and low noise during operation.
Control System
The machine uses a laser cutting machine-specific bus CNC system based on the Windows operating system. This system integrates various laser cutting control modules, offering powerful functions with easy operation.
