Automatic assembly line design
From feeding, uncoiling, leveling, cutting and blanking, the automatic design of the whole process saves labor, can realize the design of coil with zero waste, and improve the utilization efficiency of plates.
Efficient leveling machine
The machine levels the coil and manually adjusts the height of the press roller. The servo motor can adjust the rotating speed of the press roller. The press roller is made of hollow bearing steel. After medium frequency treatment, the surface hardness can reach 60. After hard chromium treatment and fine grinding, it has high hardness, good wear resistance, high leveling ability and precision, and the leveling precision is 0.01.


Stable heavy-duty uncoiler
The uncoiler adopts cantilever structure after stress annealing treatment. High load-bearing frame, hydraulic expansion, ensure stable operation. Frequency conversion speed regulation, stable feeding, flexible operation, equipped with feeding trolley. The width of the coil ranges from 500mm to 1500mm, and the maximum bearing capacity is 8000kg.
Synchronous rolling platform
Servo precision feeding device, followed by roller support, reduce sheet metal skid and curling, improve processing quality and material quality. The belt conveyor automatically sends the processed sheet metal parts to the unloading platform to realize automatic production, which helps manufacturers improve work efficiency and save labor costs.
