Recently, a customer from Indonesia visited our factory to conduct the pre-shipment Factory Acceptance Test for their ordered equipment, including a laser cutting machine, a press brake with front sheet follower, and a V grooving machine. This visit not only served as a comprehensive inspection of the machine quality, but also marked a further deepening of cooperation between both sides.

During the acceptance process, our technical team provided full support and assisted the customer in completing detailed inspections and tests in accordance with the contract and technical agreement, including:

√ Overall machine structure and exterior workmanship inspection
√ Verification of key component brands and configurations
√ Functional and safety system testing
√ Machining accuracy checks and continuous operation stability testing

Trial processing was carried out on site using test materials prepared by our team. The machine operated smoothly throughout the demonstration, was easy to handle, and produced finished parts that met the required standards. The acceptance process was completed efficiently and successfully, and the customer expressed strong approval of the machine’s performance and overall manufacturing quality.


Visiting End-User Factory to See the Machine in Real Production

To give the Indonesian customer a clearer understanding of how their laser cutting machine, press brake, and V grooving machine would perform in real production, our team accompanied them on a visit to one of our existing customers’ factories.

At the end-user’s workshop, the equipment was operating steadily in daily batch production. During the visit, the customer had the opportunity to observe:

√The performance of the laser cutting, bending, and grooving processes under real production conditions
√The accuracy and consistency of finished products
√The overall workflow and ease of operation for workers
√The long-term stability of the machines during continuous operation

By seeing the equipment running in an actual manufacturing environment, the customer gained a more direct and in-depth understanding of the reliability, durability, and real production capacity of the machines.
