JIANMENG’s 1000RPR Deburring Machine, manufactured for a customer in the United States, has successfully completed production, inspection, and packing and is now ready for shipment.

⚙️ One Machine, Multiple Processes

The 1000RPR is equipped with a vacuum adsorption system and is particularly suitable for stainless steel sheet metal processing. It combines two abrasive belt units with one roller brush unit to support three key finishing processes:

🔹 Deburring: Removes burrs generated during laser cutting and other sheet metal processing operations.

🔹 Edge Rounding: Helps smooth sharp edges and improve edge quality.

🔹 Finishing: Creates a consistent brushed surface finish on stainless steel sheets.

By integrating these processes into one machine, the 1000RPR helps streamline sheet metal finishing, reduce manual rework, and improve production efficiency.

📦 Ready for Shipment to the USA

Before shipment, the machine undergoes production checks and inspection, followed by protective packing to prepare it for international transportation.

With packing completed, this 1000RPR is now ready to leave JIANMENG’s factory and begin its journey to the United States.
